An in-house developed secure tariff module is linked with our sophisticated TRAVIA Front Office System. This enables the Airline Affairs staff to access all fares information for precise distribution and error-free ticketing.

For our customers, our Retail Call Center under Travco Retail operation is backed up with a free ticket delivery service, the latter operating during the normal working hours of 09:00 - 21:00 hrs. Our airport travel shop continuously provides round-the-clock ticketing facilities, manned by our dedicated and friendly multi-lingual representatives.
